Residential Conveyancer (Team Leader), 3+ Years PQE: A Team Leader to manage and motivate a lead and grow a residential conveyancing department is sought to join a leading Regional Law Practice. The Role

As a team manager you will ideally be based in the office but there is some flexibility with home working as well. You will run your own reduced caseload and will manage a team of 1:2 lawyers. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of management experience or a desire to become a team leader and will be commercially astute as well. An integral part of this role is coaching and mentoring the other team members to ensure the delivery of exacting standards to the firm's clients. Acting for a number of well-known national house builders, this is a high-profile role.

The Candidate

You will be a highly experienced and qualified residential conveyancer who is seeking their next move. Ideally as a team Manager you will have a proven track record of managing and growing a team. Technically you will have a strong and sound knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters and will be methodical and well-organised in your working approach.
