Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer (Fully Remote) Location: Fully Remote (UK) Salary: Competitive + Benefits Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking for something different from the traditional conveyancing model? We're working with an innovative, well-funded legal technology business that is transforming the residential conveyancing market through the use of cutting-edge technology, AI-driven processes, and a strong commitment to client service. Following significant investment and the launch of major referral partnerships, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to expand its legal team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a modern, fast-growing organisation that combines the agility and innovation of a tech company with the professionalism and quality standards of a legal practice.

The Opportunity You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a mix of sale and purchase transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience. Unlike many volume conveyancing environments, the focus here is on quality over quantity. Each transaction is managed by a dedicated conveyancer, with technology designed to remove administrative burden and allow legal professionals to focus on client care and technical legal work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
