Senior Residential Conveyancing Specialist – Case Manager
At Harte Recruitment, we’re supporting an established property business to appoint a Conveyancing Specialist to expertly manage residential purchases from instruction through to completion. This is no conventional sales role—it’s about leveraging your technical expertise in conveyancing to Spot and resolve legal and lender issues proactively, ensuring 500+ transactions progress smoothly each year.

About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Case Manager, you’ll:
- Progress residential purchases and sales through to completion with competency and speed.
- Support the Head of Asset Management in achieving completion targets.
- Liaise with solicitors to proactively manage cases and keep transactions on track.
- Identify and mitigdefualate potential title, legal, or lender concerns before they escalate.
- Resolve challenges systematically to minimise delays and reduce fall-throughs.
- Manage a high-volume caseload autonomously, delivering timely and accurate conveyancing services.
- Collaborate with the wider operations team to boost efficiency and completions.
- Mentor and coach colleagues where necessary, reinforcing team KPIs.

Competitive Package

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing, including title searches, lender requirements, and contractual bell-ringing issues.
- Proven record of managing a high-caseload efficiently while proactively mitigating risks.
- Outstanding communication skills with solicitors, lenders, and clients. The ability to problem-solve well under deadline pressure.
- A results-driven approach, with pride in safeguarding revenue against delays and fall-throughs.
- Ability to mentor and share best practices with junior colleagues, fostering team performance.
- Reliable, trustworthy remote work ethic with office-level commitment.
