Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Hereford
TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established regional law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its friendly and successful Hereford office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected local firm with a strong reputation across Herefordshire and the surrounding areas. The firm is known for delivering high-quality legal services, building long-term client relationships, and providing a supportive working environment where people are encouraged to develop their careers.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced and collaborative property team. The caseload is varied and high quality, with a strong focus on client service rather than high-volume targets.

Your work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General residential property work
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Able to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach to managing files
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team
