Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

We’re working with a well-established and highly respected law firm known for its collaborative culture, strong values, and client-focused approach. The firm is currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy and successful Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual with solid residential conveyancing experience to work alongside a busy Partner, supporting a varied caseload of residential property transactions while playing a key role in delivering outstanding client service.

The Role

You’ll be supporting a busy Partner and wider Conveyancing team on a broad range of residential property matters, ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

  • Supporting a busy Partner with a varied and high-volume residential conveyancing caseload
  • Managing conveyancing matters through to exchange and completion
  • Drafting contract packs and other conveyancing documentation
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties
  • Handling exchanges and completions
  • Progressing files in accordance with client and business deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures
  • Delivering exceptional levels of client care throughout the transaction process
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for clients

About You

  • Previous experience working within residential conveyancing
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to exchange and completion
  • Experience supporting or managing residential property transactions
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive, adaptable, and hardworking approach
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
