Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Sheffield Salary: Competitive + Benefits
An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to support its busy residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing assistant or paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will assist fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring matters progress efficiently while providing a high standard of client care throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with residential sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages.
- Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, SDLT returns and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
- Preparing contract packs and managing transaction administration.
- Ordering searches and reviewing documentation.
- Supporting exchange and completion processes.
- Maintaining accurate case management records and compliance procedures.

About You
- At least 12 months’ experience within a residential conveyancing team.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client care abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using case management systems would be advantageous.
