Senior Conveyancing Assistant / Case Worker
📍 Leeds City Centre
We are looking for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Assistant / Case Worker to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team at our Leeds City Centre office.

The Role
At Levi Solicitors, we believe quality and support are essential – for both our clients and our people. Our conveyancing department is structured into dedicated teams, each comprising a solicitor or legal executive alongside either two senior conveyancing assistant/case workers or a senior and an admin assistant. This collaborative approach creates a varied and engaging role, offering excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third parties
- Handling routine correspondence, including:
- ID checks
- Mortgage offers
- Completions
- Managing Help to Buy schemes and liaising with the HCA on new build transactions
- Obtaining and checking redemption figures
- Preparing transfer documents and requisitions on title
- Preparing files for completion following exchange of contracts
- Maintaining and updating the case management system and company portal
About You
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Strong residential conveyancing experience (ideally 3+ years)
- A solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- A professional, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality client care
