Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Residential Property Lawyer | Devon | 2+ PQE | Office Based | Competitive Salary DOE
The Role
A well-established Devon-based firm is seeking a qualified Property Lawyer to join its busy Residential Property team. The successful candidate will take on a full and active caseload, delivering a high-quality conveyancing service to a loyal client base built on recommendations and repeat business. The firm promotes a modern, hands-on approach, with lawyers maintaining direct client contact and overall responsibility for their files, supported by experienced legal assistants and an efficient case management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service to clients

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Strong client care and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
