Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 3+ PQE Derbyshire
Salary starting from GBP 45,000
An established law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Derbyshire team. This role would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) who can manage a caseload independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions
- Providing excellent client service and building strong relationships
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to departmental growth
