Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Buckinghamshire

A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Residential Property team in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing professional to join a highly regarded practice, managing a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses across the region. The Residential Property team advises a broad client base and handles a wide range of transactions, offering an excellent platform for an ambitious conveyancer looking to further develop their career.

The Role:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Managing re-mortgages, new build and shared ownership transactions
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process
  • Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers and other third parties
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and reports on title
  • Undertaking searches and due diligence, resolving title issues where required
  • Handling pre-contract and post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • Maintaining the highest standards of client care and regulatory compliance

  • Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
  • Proactive and commercial approach to managing transactions
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and file management skills
