Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Buckinghamshire

A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Residential Property team in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing professional to join a highly regarded practice, managing a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses across the region. The Residential Property team advises a broad client base and handles a wide range of transactions, offering an excellent platform for an ambitious conveyancer looking to further develop their career.
The Role:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing re-mortgages, new build and shared ownership transactions
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process
- Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers and other third parties
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and reports on title
- Undertaking searches and due diligence, resolving title issues where required
- Handling pre-contract and post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
- Maintaining the highest standards of client care and regulatory compliance

The Candidate:
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
- Proactive and commercial approach to managing transactions
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
- Strong attention to detail and file management skills
