Experienced Residential Conveyancer Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the property team of a well-established and highly regarded law firm. The firm is seeking someone who can confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision while delivering an exceptional level of client care.
The successful candidate will initially be office-based to support their integration into the team, with hybrid working available following a successful probationary period.
Typical Duties
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Advising on shared ownership, registered and unregistered land transactions.
- Progressing new build transactions, including liaising with developers and lenders where applicable.
- Providing a high standard of client service while working closely with colleagues across the property team.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with strong residential conveyancing experience.
- The ability to independently manage a varied caseload.
- Excellent technical knowledge across residential property matters.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
