Experienced Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the property team of a well-established and highly regarded law firm. The firm is seeking someone who can confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision while delivering an exceptional level of client care.

The successful candidate will initially be office-based to support their integration into the team, with hybrid working available following a successful probationary period.

Typical Duties

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Advising on shared ownership, registered and unregistered land transactions.
  • Progressing new build transactions, including liaising with developers and lenders where applicable.
  • Providing a high standard of client service while working closely with colleagues across the property team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
