Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive looking to join a supportive and well-established team?
A respected law firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join its expanding Sheffield office. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of high-quality residential property matters while developing your career within a collaborative and client-focused environment.
The Role
You will take responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a high standard of service to a loyal and growing client base.
Your Work Will Include
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently.
- Handling freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the conveyancing process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals.
- Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing.
- The ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
