Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ–8 PQE)
Bristol or Cardiff | Hybrid Working
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing Residential Property team with a particular focus on the thriving Buy-to-Let sector.
This role is open to Solicitors from NQ through to 8 years' PQE who are looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced conveyancer, you'll benefit from high-quality work, genuine career progression, and a collaborative team environment.

The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising on freehold, leasehold, remortgage, and Buy-to-Let transactions
- Delivering excellent client service while building strong relationships with clients and introducers
The Ideal Candidate
- NQ–8 years' PQE with residential conveyancing experience
- Strong technical and client care skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Looking to join a firm with ambitious growth plans and long-term career opportunities
