My client is searching for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their offices based in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear on a hybrid basis.

The Role
You will handle a broad range of residential property transactions and gradually build up to managing a caseload of approximately 90-120 files. This is a fast-paced environment, and we are proud of our reputation for exceptional client service. Therefore, the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and client care is essential.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a full caseload (90-120 files) with minimal supervision.
- Handle complex transactions: leasehold, re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Help to Buy, redemption, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases, and auctions.
- Sign off on other fee earners’ files for exchange and review title reports.
- Achieve time recording and billing targets consistently.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior fee earners.
- Drive business development initiatives and lead process improvements within the department.
- Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance and quality.

Skills & Experience
- At least five years’ experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service
- In-depth knowledge of complex transactions and legal principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
