Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 DOE

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced residential property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its friendly and highly regarded conveyancing team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. Experience dealing with leasehold matters and working with lender panels would be advantageous.

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive status (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • A proactive and organized approach to managing files and building client relationships.
