Residential Conveyancing Team Leader

Lincolnshire - Up to £60,000 + Bonus

A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked, multi-office regional law firm is looking to hire a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader to join its established and expanding property team in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to take the next step into a leadership position within a supportive and well-structured environment. The role is open to qualified and non-qualified candidates, including Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced fee earners. The key requirement is strong hands-on residential conveyancing experience and the confidence to lead a team.

The Opportunity

This is a genuinely key position within a busy and successful department. You will manage your own caseload while also taking responsibility for guiding, supporting, and developing a team of conveyancers.

You will be a main figure in the department’s ongoing growth and success, with the autonomy to shape processes, support service delivery, and help drive performance across the team.

Your workload will include a broad mix of residential property matters, such as:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership schemes

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Solid experience managing residential conveyancing transactions end-to-end
  • The ability and ambition to lead and support a team
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • A proactive, commercially aware approach
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence working within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using case management systems

Previous leadership experience is welcome but not essential, with the firm open to individuals ready to step up into their first team leader role.
