Residential Development Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive
5+ Years PQE

I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded Gloucestershire law firm that is seeking to appoint a Residential Development Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (5+ years PQE) to join its specialist Residential Development team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer looking to undertake high-quality development work within a collaborative and ambitious firm that enjoys an outstanding reputation amongst landowners, developers, and investors.
The Opportunity
As part of the firm's Residential Development team, you will advise on a broad range of development matters, including:
- Option agreements
- Conditional contracts
- Promotion agreements
- Land acquisition and disposal transactions
- Strategic land matters
- Development site transactions
- General residential development advice
The role offers exposure to complex and rewarding work, providing an opportunity to become a trusted adviser to clients throughout the development lifecycle.

About You
Applications are welcomed from:
- Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with 5+ years PQE
- Lawyers with experience in residential development, commercial property, or strategic land work
- Individuals with exceptional attention to detail
- Candidates who enjoy building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Commercially minded professionals who can deliver practical advice
- Team players who are keen to contribute to the continued growth of the department
You will be confident dealing directly with clients and professional contacts, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.
