Communal Areas Cleaner/Caretaker

The overall purpose of this role is to maintain the quality standards of development by keeping communal areas clean and tidy, ensuring an exceptional level of service to all residents.

Location & Hours
📍 Greenwich, London, SE10 💰 Annual Salary: £26,850
🕒 Working Pattern: 8am – 4pm, 5 Days per Week (including weekends)
We offer the following shift patterns:
- Wednesday – Sunday (Monday & Tuesday Off)
- Thursday – Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday Off)
- Friday – Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday Off)
- Saturday – Wednesday (Thursday & Friday Off)

Responsibilities
In all areas, ensure company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards. Key duties include:
- Vacuum, mop and polish floors of the main entrances and all other internal areas.
- Clean glass in windows/doors for main entrances and all other internal areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of lift internals and their surroundings.
- Clean light fittings, check light bulbs, and log for replacement if required.
- Report any faults or hazards to the Service Manager or Head Concierge.

Requirements
- Experience in cleaning or caretaking.
- A good standard of education.
- Competent in the use of a smartphone.
- Legally able to work in the UK.
- Fit and able to carry out the physical demands of the role.
