About the Role
The overall purpose of this role is to maintain the quality standards of the development by keeping communal areas clean and tidy in order to provide an exceptional level of service to all residents.

Location: Greenwich, London, SE10
Annual Salary: £26,850
Hours/Working Pattern: 8am-4pm, 5 Days including Saturday & Sunday
We would be happy for you to select one of the below shift patterns.
- Wednesday- Sunday (Monday & Tuesday Off) 8am-4pm
- Thursday - Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday Off) 8am-4pm
- Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday Off) 8am-4pm
- Saturday - Wednesday (Thursday & Friday Off) 8am-4pm

What You'll Be Doing
In all areas, ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Vacuum/mop/polish floors of the main entrances and all other internal areas.
- Clean glass in windows/doors main entrances and all other internal areas.
- Clean internals and surrounds of lifts.
- Clean light fittings, check light bulbs and log for replacement if required
- Report to Service Manager or Head Concierge any faults or hazards.

What You'll Bring

- Good standard of education
- Be competent in the use of a smart phone.
