Residential Flexibility Consultant
Location: Edinburgh or London (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Flexibility Consultant to join a leading organisation operating at the forefront of the energy transition.
About the Role
Working within a specialist smart energy team, you will manage and deliver projects focused on residential flexibility, customer energy propositions, and flexibility business models.
This is a primarily delivery-focused role, with responsibility for project management, market analysis, client reporting, and providing commercially relevant insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver residential flexibility and demand-side consulting projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Conduct market research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
- Produce reports, presentations, and strategic insight for clients
- Support clients in understanding flexibility value streams and market developments
- Present findings to clients and collaborate across wider energy transition teams
- Support junior team members where appropriate

About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Experience within demand-side flexibility, smart energy, or residential energy markets
- A strong understanding of flexibility value streams and commercial models
- Experience delivering consultancy, strategy or research projects
- Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder and client management capability
- A collaborative approach and passion for the energy transition
