The Role
Symonds & Sampson LLP seeks a dynamic and driven Lettings Manager to join our team. Based at our Dorchester and Poundbury offices, you will play a key role in growing our residential lettings portfolio and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively win new instructions to expand the lettings portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional lettings process
- Work closely with the existing lettings teams to ensure seamless daily operations
- Conduct property appraisals, attend viewings, and manage negotiations
- Monitor the local property market to identify growth opportunities and market trends
Essential Skills
- Strong ability to win instructions and develop a portfolio.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing a high standard of service
- ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential
- Confident in the use of a computer and data management systems essential
- Full driving license with access to a vehicle

Experience
- Proven experience in residential lettings or sales is essential.
Rewards
- A competitive salary dependent on experience of £35,000 to £40,000, with OTE of £38,000 to £45,000
- Holidays start at 30 days per annum (pro rata), including bank holidays, and increase with long service

Full Time Working Hours
- 9:00am to 5.30pm weekdays, and joining a Saturday morning rota from 9am to 1pm
Salary
- A competitive salary dependent on experience of £35,000 to £40,000, with OTE of £38,000 to £45,000
The Office
- The Poundbury and Dorchester Offices are both situated close to shops and eateries, and are home to Residential Sales and Lettings departments
