£53,460 - £56,533 per annum (subject to 26/27 pay review)

Following the formation of our new Residential Team, we are looking for our first Residential Manager who will lead the Council’s Environmental Protection, Anti-Social Behaviour, safeguarding statutory functions, and Planning enforcement functions, ensuring delivery of corporate objectives, and providing expert policy guidance to the Council.
As the Residential Manager you will provide visible, confident leadership to the team, driving service improvement and managing complex risk.
