Care Assistant - Days
- Salary: £13.62 per hour* plus incentives
- Hours: Full-time (3-4 shifts per week, 7am–7pm, including alternate weekends)
- Location: Sleaford, NG34 9PL

About St Andrew’s Nursing and Care Home
Our 42-resident care home is located in the village of Ewerby (5 miles east of Sleaford), set within a beautifully preserved 19th-century vicarage tastefully extended to provide a homely yet modern environment. We offer personal and dementia care, committed to promoting independence, dignity, and respect.
Role: Care Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal and daily living support (bathing, dressing, feeding) to promote independence and well-being.
- Ensure resident dignity, choice, and emotional resilience throughout care.
- Maintain 90%+ compliance in Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
- Remain 100% current with all mandatory training throughout the year.

Requirements:
- Motivated or relevant care experience.
- Located within 20 minutes’ drive of Sleaford.
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Caring, nurturing, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Effective time management and organisation skills.
