If you're an ARB registered Architect with strong UK residential experience looking to take the next step in your career, this could be an excellent opportunity.
MADE Careers is working with a highly respected, design led architecture practice to appoint a Project Architect within its London studio.
Working within an established residential team, you'll contribute to the delivery of large scale UK housing projects, with a particular focus on higher risk residential developments.
This role is ideally suited to an Architect with around 2 - 5 years' post-Part III experience who enjoys technical delivery, thrives in collaborative project teams and is looking to further develop their expertise on complex residential schemes.
The Role
Working closely with senior architects and directors, you'll play a key role in the technical delivery of complex UK residential projects from Stage 3 onwards.

You'll be confident coordinating consultants, producing Revit drawings and contributing to the successful delivery of higher risk residential developments in line with current UK regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver large scale UK residential projects through technical design and delivery stages
- Produce and coordinate high quality Revit models and technical drawing packages
- Work closely with consultants, clients and wider project teams
- Support the delivery of higher risk residential developments
- Coordinate project information across multiple disciplines
- Maintain high technical and design standards throughout project delivery
Requirements
- ARB registered Architect
- Around 2 - 5 years' post Part III experience
- Strong experience delivering UK residential projects
- Experience working on higher risk residential developments would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
- Confident working within multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
