Residential Property Conveyancer
Conveyancer – Swindon Office (Homemove Department)
We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to develop our Homemove department by expanding into our Swindon office.
We operate our conveyancing team using a combined, collaborative approach, where non-fee-earning, highly skilled support staff assist in managing residential conveyancing files. This ensures efficiency in handling cases while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our team. Our focus is on delivering an excellent level of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files, including:
- Sales & purchases
- Freehold & leasehold transactions
- New build properties
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents
- Meeting fee income targets as agreed
- Actively building and developing relationships with introducers
- Contributing to the growth and success of our expanding department
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as a solicitor (CILEx or equivalent)
- Proactive outlook and a personable nature
- Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Enthusiasm for growing a highly successful department

- Salary: Competitive
- Work Location: In person (hybrid model considered)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
