An opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading law firms in Cornwall and Devon as a Lawyer in the Residential Property Department.
What You Will Do
- Manage a varied caseload from start to post completion including; Freehold and Leasehold sales & purchase, registered and unregistered land, equity release, buy-to-let, right to buy, lease extensions, newbuild, affordable/shared ownership housing and auctions.
- Create and develop new relationships with introducers
- Manage more complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants, etc.
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents
Experience And Qualifications You Need
- At least 5 years’ conveyancing experience in managing a varied caseload
- Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

Location

Hours
This is a full-time position. 35 hours a week Monday to Friday however we welcome applications from candidates looking for alternative working arrangements.
DBS
