The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal to join a well-established Residential Property team handling a broad range of conveyancing matters.

  • You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions.
  • Advising clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and a variety of related conveyancing matters.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will deliver practical legal advice and an exceptional standard of client service throughout each transaction.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, and experienced Paralegals with experience gained within a reputable residential conveyancing practice. Candidates from Newly Qualified level through to approximately 10 years' PQE are encouraged to apply.

  • You will be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge across residential property matters.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
  • A collaborative approach, together with the ability to work independently when required, will be essential.
