The Opportunity
We are inviting a Residential Property Lawyer to join our thriving Bath team, where you’ll add your expertise to a firm known for its strong reputation and collaborative working environment.
Our conveyancing team thrives on client service, commercial acumen, and innovation. As an independence-minded professional, you will:
- Lead cases from start to finish across sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

We’re looking for someone who can work flexibly and independently from our regional office while seamlessly integrating into both hybrid and remote teams—where collaboration is prioritised.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a regional caseload with minimal supervision
- Strike a balance between practical property law execution and clients’ evolving requirements
- Provide presentable and persuasive advice across all transactional stages
- Leverage your business development skills to strengthen partnerships and expand the firm
- Upskill your team through mentoring and knowledge-sharing
- Adapt digital conveyancing tools for efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)—either as a solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive
- Proven mastery of all aspects of residential conveyancing, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages and title defenses
- Equity transfers and divorce-related dispositions
- Independent working capability with stable workload management
- Confidence in actively developing relationships with clients and third parties
- ** Yar strong** supervisory presence (though hands-on guidance is limited)*
