RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER
Buckinghamshire
Are you a qualified, enthusiastic, and motivated Conveyancer with excellent technical skills with experience of managing a full and wide caseload of residential property transactions?

My client is a well-established law firm with a presence in Buckinghamshire who is seeking to appoint a qualified Conveyancer who could be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive ideally with between one and three years in experience, although candidates with more experience to offer will also be of interest.

To apply, you should have the following key skills & experience:
- Proven track record of handling a varied caseload of residential property matters.
- Strong knowledge of UK property law, Land Registry procedures, and mortgage lending requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using conveyancing case management systems.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client care.
- Provide excellent client care and build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professionals.
- Ensure files are progressed efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulatory and lender requirements.
- Have a strong understanding of ID, AML, and source of funds obligations.
- Be a strong team player with a solution-focused attitude and commercial awareness.
- Have good attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
