The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, advising clients on sales, purchases, transfers of equity and other residential property transactions. Experience dealing with covenants, easements and related property matters will be advantageous. This is a client facing role where you will build strong relationships with a broad range of clients while working closely with colleagues to further develop the firm's established property offering. The role offers genuine responsibility together with excellent opportunities for future growth and career development.

The Candidate

Applications are sought from qualified Residential Property Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years PQE and experience managing their own conveyancing caseload. You will possess strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions and be confident advising clients independently from instruction through to completion. Experience dealing with transfers of equity, restrictive covenants, easements and related property matters would be advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent client care, communication and organisational skills together with a proactive approach to business development. Previous experience using case management systems and strong IT skills are essential.
