In this newly created role you will work in our Residential Property Department and become a key member of our busy established team taking the client on their journey from the initial instruction stage to Post-Completion.


What You Will Do

  • Manage a varied caseload from start to post completion including; Freehold and Leasehold sales & purchase, registered and unregistered land, equity release, buy-to-let, right to buy, lease extensions, newbuild, affordable/shared ownership housing and auctions.
  • Create and develop new relationships with introducers
  • Manage more complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants, etc.
  • Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents

Experience And Qualifications You Need

  • At least 5 years’ conveyancing experience in managing a varied caseload
  • Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

Hours

This is a full-time position. 35 hours a week Monday to Friday however we welcome applications from candidates looking for alternative working arrangements.
