Property Manager | Central London
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday
About The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing London team.
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties, managing the full tenancy lifecycle while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in to move-out
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Negotiating tenancy renewals and helping minimise void periods
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and compliance
- Monitoring rental arrears and resolving account queries
- Managing deposits, check-outs, and property inspections
- Processing invoices and maintaining accurate property records
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of the lettings and property management process
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage a busy portfolio and prioritise effectively
- A team player with a positive, customer-first mindset
