Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £27,000 – £28,000, rising to £42,000 as a Trainee Lawyer

We’re recruiting exclusively for a top-performing property law firm in Tunbridge Wells with an exceptional reputation for training and producing some of the strongest property lawyers in the market.
If your goal is to qualify as a lawyer and you want hands-on experience, close exposure to senior solicitors, and a firm that genuinely develops its people, this role stands out.

This is not a “support-only” paralegal position. You’ll be immersed in live residential property transactions, learning how deals are run from start to finish in a fast-paced, highly structured environment designed to accelerate development. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting solicitors on residential conveyancing matters
- Preparing and progressing legal documents
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other lawyers
- Managing files, deadlines, and transaction stages
- Building real technical and commercial property law experience
What They’re Looking For
- 12 months' experience within a Residential Conveyancing team
- The ability to handle Sale matters from start to finish with some supervision
- Highly organised, motivated, and detail-focused
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Comfortable working at pace in a fully office-based role
- Genuinely ambitious about a long-term career in property law
