Residential Property Solcitor
Senior Residential Conveyancer | Legal 500 Firm | Warwickshire Hybrid Working | Full-time or Part-time considered Up to £58,000 + bonus
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded Legal 500 multi-office firm in Warwickshire.
This is a progressive, modern practice that places real emphasis on quality of work, client service, and sustainable workloads, rather than high-volume caseloads. You will be joining an established and supportive residential property team, with a caseload ready to take over from day one.
The role involves managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by experienced assistants and paralegals. The firm is well known for ensuring realistic expectations, with fee earners typically managing no more than 70 files at any time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
