Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive – Regional Law Firm | Hybrid Working

I’m working with a well-established regional law firm that’s looking to grow its Residential Property team by bringing on an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s confident managing their own files and wants to join a genuinely supportive and friendly team. You’ll find flexibility, progression, and a steady, manageable caseload.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll manage your own end-to-end caseload of residential property work, including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Remortgages and transfers of equity
    • Shared ownership, lease extensions, and new builds
    • More complex matters like trust, probate, matrimonial, and attorney-related cases
  • You’ll also take care of post-completion work (Land Registry applications, MR01 submissions, title registration, etc.).
  • You’ll have the freedom to get on with your work independently, but there’s always support from the team when you need it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
