Senior Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - 5+ PQE - £65,000+ + Bonus + Hybrid

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join a respected and growing Manchester law firm.

This role offers the chance to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload with a high degree of autonomy, whilst benefiting from a supportive team environment and genuine career progression opportunities.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer will handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. With hybrid working, flexibility and no unnecessary management responsibilities, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer seeking quality work and an outstanding work-life balance.

The Role

  • Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and more complex residential property matters
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
  • Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team
  • Supporting the continued growth and success of the residential property department

The Candidate

  • 5+ PQE Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
  • Strong experience handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
  • Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Commercially aware with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive and collaborative team player
  • Ambitious and keen to contribute to a growing team
