With over 100 years of history, one of London’s most reputable property law firms is now seeking a Residential Property Solicitor for their London office.
This is your opportunity to learn from the best and be part of a £25m+ turnover Legal 500 law firm, who have gone through a recent period of growth.
One of the Partners in the firm started as a Trainee and they’ve had numerous examples of junior Solicitors progressing through the ranks, to Associate, Senior Associate and Partner.
- You’ll have a close mentor to learn from.
- The Senior Solicitor you’ll be working alongside is extremely entrepreneurial and will help you achieve your career goals.
You will work across both residential and commercial property (70/30%). This means you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of transactions and not become too specialised early in your career.

- You will work with a variety of clients. This includes developers, end-users, property investors, banks and offshore clients.
- You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a property transaction – mostly sales and purchases. The majority of this will be residential transactions, though you’ll also get trained on commercial property.

What you’ll need
- 1 – 2 PQE Residential Property Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and worked in a law firm.
- Experience in residential property.
