Residential Property Solicitor

The successful candidate will manage all areas of residential property work, either by handling matters delegated by Partners or by building an independent caseload depending on experience and capability. The position also involves working closely with other departments to contribute to the firm's wider growth in alignment with its Business Plan.

The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification, and experience handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. You will be confident managing a full caseload independently, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver a high level of client service under pressure. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
