About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Solicitor role based in Llanrwst. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of property matters, including buying, selling, transfer of equity, first registrations, etc. There is a huge scope to build your client base in the locality.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who enjoys business development as well as being a superb conveyancer with at least three years’ experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • Calmness under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, conscientious, and approachable demeanor

Being a fluent Welsh speaker is also preferable.
