Residential Property Solicitor – Leeds – NQ–5 PQE + Hybrid + Benefits

A ranked Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join its well-established and growing property team in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor in Leeds to work within a collaborative, client-focused environment handling high-quality residential conveyancing matters.

As a Residential Property Solicitor in their Leeds office, you’ll benefit from strong internal support, flexible working and exposure to a varied caseload within a respected, progressive firm.

The Role

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Advising on remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Supporting on more complex residential transactions where required
  • Providing clear, practical advice to a varied client base
  • Working closely with colleagues across wider departments
  • Maintaining high levels of client care and service delivery
  • Supporting business development and team growth

  • NQ–5 PQE Solicitor with residential property experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across conveyancing transactions
  • Experience gained within a reputable firm
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Ambitious with a desire to progress within a growing firm
