Residential Property Solicitor | 4+ Years PQE | Bournemouth
A well-established name across Dorset and Somerset, with deep local roots and a reputation for making the complicated simple, it is looking for an experienced residential property Solicitor to join its Bournemouth office. This is not a volume conveyancing factory, the team handles a steady diet of quality residential work.

- Managing a full residential property caseload, from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion matters
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Advising clients clearly and practically, translating legal complexities into plain English
- Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues while taking full ownership of your own files
- Providing guidance and support to less experienced fee earners and support staff
- Contributing to the firm's business development efforts, including networking and building a local profile

About you
- You are a solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least four years' experience in residential property.
