An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Residential Real Estate team at a leading UK law firm.

This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-value residential property matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, family offices, developers, and private clients across a broad spectrum of transactions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting on high-value residential sales, acquisitions, and financing matters.
  • Advising landed estates, private property companies, and investors on the management of residential and mixed-use property portfolios.
  • Supporting private client and family law teams on tax-driven restructuring, matrimonial property matters, probate assets, and private lending arrangements.
  • Advising developers on the acquisition, development, and sale of residential sites.
  • Handling leasehold enfranchisement and Right to Manage matters.
  • Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 6+ years' PQE gained within a reputable residential property practice.
  • Experience handling high-value residential transactions.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and technical ability.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a growing team.
  • Outstanding drafting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
