Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer – London – £75,000 – £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer in London to join a highly ambitious law firm with a strong focus on HNW and UHNW individuals.
This role in central London offers exposure to complex and high-value residential property transactions for a broad client base. The firm is known for its consistent referrers of work, collaborative culture, and dedication to their long-standing client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property expert in London, you'll be working on a broad range of matters including, sales & purchase of leasehold and freehold, re-mortgages, new builds, and other aspects of residential property.

The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions
- Supporting on HNW and UHNW matters for a broad and varied client base
- Acting on Sales and Purchase of high-value properties in London and Nationally
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate autonomy
- Working closely with partners and senior members of the team on high-profile mandates
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s wider national platform
The Candidate:
- Expert in residential conveyancing whether a qualified solicitor or conveyancer
- Strong experience in acting for HNW and UHNW individuals and families
- Exposure to all aspects of residential conveyancing and running a busy caseload
- Comfortable working on a varied caseload
- Commercially astute with strong technical ability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Highly organised with strong time-management capabilities
