Residential Property Associate / Senior Associate (5-8 PQE) | High-Value HNW Work | Strong Existing Workflow | Clear Route to Partnership

If you’re a Residential Property Solicitor looking for a role where you can handle higher-value work, build long-term client relationships and progress within a growing team, this is an opportunity to join a firm with a well-established HNW client base and a strong pipeline of instructions already in place.

This is not a role where you are expected to build from scratch. There is quality work ready to step into immediately, alongside genuine scope to grow your profile and progress as the department continues to expand.

The Firm

This is a growing, multi-service boutique firm with a strong London presence and an established international client base. The firm has developed a particularly strong position advising overseas investors and high-net-worth individuals with interests in the UK market, creating a consistent flow of premium residential property work.

Clients include entrepreneurs, international families, investors, and business owners, many of whom instruct the firm across multiple practice areas, leading to strong repeat business and ongoing referrals.

The property team acts on a broad range of high-value residential transactions, including a strong volume of new build work, often involving prime and investment properties, financing arrangements, and cross-border elements. The firm’s strong relationships within its niche market continue to generate increasing levels of work and long-term client relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Despite being a boutique practice, the firm competes for sophisticated and high-quality matters, supported by a collaborative structure and growing reputation.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of residential property matters, with a particular focus on new build transactions, alongside acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing work for HNW individuals and investors.

The role offers significant client exposure from the outset, with direct responsibility for managing relationships and progressing matters. You will work closely with both domestic and international clients, many of whom have ongoing investment interests and wider business activities.

The team already has a strong and profitable workflow in place, with the capacity to expand significantly as the department grows. This creates a genuine opportunity for the right person to establish themselves quickly within the team and play a visible role in its future development.

You will be supported by paralegal resource and work within a lean structure that allows lawyers to remain close to clients and transactions rather than operating through layers of hierarchy.
