Residential Property Solicitor | Sussex Law Firm | 3+ PQE
A well-established Sussex law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their friendly and experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking a role where they can manage a varied caseload of quality residential property work, while being part of a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property matters, including:

- Residential sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity

- Managing your own caseload from inception through to completion

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years PQE experience in residential property law
- The ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach to your work
