Residential Property Solicitor (HNW) 6+ PQE London
GBP 95,000 - GBP 110,000 DOE

The Role
Acting on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, family-owned property companies, landed estates, developers, and private clients in relation to the sale, purchase, and financing of rural and urban property transactions, you will work on a broad range of premium residential property matters, including high-value acquisitions and disposals, property financing, portfolio management, residential landlord and tenant matters, tax-driven property restructuring, probate-related property transactions, and matrimonial property arrangements.
You will gain exposure to development work, collective enfranchisement, right to manage claims, and specialist advisory work for universities on housing assistance schemes. Working closely with other departments across the firm, you will deliver commercially focused advice while developing strong long-term relationships with an impressive portfolio of clients.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years PQE and a strong background in high-value residential property work gained within a well-regarded firm. You will have experience advising high-net-worth clients, excellent technical ability, and outstanding client relationship skills. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to manage complex matters efficiently and work collaboratively across multiple practice areas.
