Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer – Peterborough (2+ PQE)

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

Location: Peterborough

Firm: Multi-Office Regional Law Firm

Experience: 2+ PQE

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Oculus Legal Group is working in partnership with a highly regarded, multi-office regional law firm seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm with ambitious growth plans through to 2030, which is continuing to strengthen its presence across the region while maintaining the supportive, people-first culture it is known for. The Role

  • Manage a varied residential property caseload, including:
    • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
    • Transfers of equity
    • Re-mortgages
    • New build transactions
    • Equity release matters
    • Managing files from instruction through to completion
    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
    • Building strong relationships with clients, agents and colleagues
    • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
