Residential Conveyancer

South Wales | Hybrid Working

Leading Regional Firm | Salary up to £60k

You’ll be joining a growing residential property team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. The firm is committed to nurturing talent, offering hands-on experience, structured development, and clear opportunities for progression from the outset.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision
  • Handling transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and more where required
  • Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters when required
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team
  • Contributing to business development and networking activities as your experience grows

About you:

  • At least 1 year conveyancing experience
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop your expertise
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
