Residential Conveyancer Worcestershire 2+ PQE Full:Time or Part:Time Considered
Our client, a well:established and highly regarded law firm in Worcestershire, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful Property Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner looking to join a supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to clients across the region.

Our client is committed to making the property transaction process as smooth and stress:free as possible. With a highly experienced conveyancing team, the firm advises clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, providing practical guidance and reassurance throughout the process.
The firm has built an excellent reputation for client care and technical expertise and is recognised for maintaining the highest professional standards within residential conveyancing.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with appropriate administrative support.

Matters Will Include
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re:mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Buy:to:let purchases and investments
- Registered and unregistered land transactions
- General residential property advice
The role offers a high degree of autonomy while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, or experienced non:qualified Conveyancers with a proven track record in residential property.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high:quality service
- Experience using case management systems
