Residential Property Solicitor – Newly Qualified – West Yorkshire (Competitive Salary DOE)

We are seeking a **motivated and ambitious Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join our busy and well-established Residential Property team in West Yorkshire.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor looking to build a successful career in conveyancing within a supportive and friendly environment.
- You will work alongside experienced property lawyers
- Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Develop expertise across a broad range of residential property matters
Key Responsibilities
- Handling residential conveyancing matters, from instruction through to completion
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising clients on:
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Providing clear, practical legal advice with an emphasis on outstanding client care
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and professionals

Requirements
Applicants sought from newly qualified solicitors with:
- Experience in Residential Property seat
- A genuine interest in residential conveyancing and exceptional client service
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy team
- Must be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop professionally
